These terms and conditions , together with the order form ("Order Form") , detailing the products , you , the person named as the customer on the Order Form , have instructed
Integrated Sleep Solutions to supply to you ("Products") form the contract ("Contract") between you and Integrated Sleep Solutions.

1. Integrated Sleep Solutions
Integrated Sleep Solutions details are as follows: Integrated Sleep Solutions Limited, company number 6264598 and can be contacted by writing to Integrated Sleep Solutions Ltd , Anchor
Works , Rochdale Road , Oldham OL1 2HP.
2. Formation of Contract
2.1 If you wish Integrated Sleep Solutions to supply you with the Products you must sign and submit the relevant order form. The date of your order ("Date of Order") will be the date on
which the order form was signed and submitted to Integrated Sleep Solutions.
2.2 You are responsible for verifying that the details on the Order Form are correct before you sign it and by signing the Order Form you will be taken to have confirmed that the details
are correct.
3. Your Rights to Cancel
3.1 You are able to cancel this contract at any time on or within 7 days after the Date of Order although Integrated Sleep Solutions will be entitled to retain amounts of your order value
which represent costs including administrative expenses and loss of profit suffered as a consequence of you cancelling the contract.
3.2 Returns made under the 28 day money back trial will be deemed to be cancellations and Integrated Sleep Solutions will retain amounts relating to costs and loss of profit to a
maximum of 25% of the order value. All other monies paid will be refunded within 7 days of the mattress being returned to Integrated Sleep Solutions.
4. Delivery Date
4.1 Integrated Sleep Solutions will contact you at least 7 days in advance of the planned delivery date and will notify you of our best estimate time of delivery. This is not a guarantee of
the delivery time and Integrated Sleep Solutions will not be liable for any losses suffered by you should there be any changes to these planned delivery dates and times.
4.2 All deliveries must be made to a person authorised by you to receive and check the Products delivered. Should you be unable to supply a suitable person on your assigned delivery
date you should be aware that this may significantly delay the date of delivery if it needs to be rearranged.
4.3 Deliveries will be made to the address provided by yourself and Integrated Sleep Solutions will be under no obligation unless by prior agreement to install the mattress or collect and
dispose of any old products.
5. Payment
5.1 You are required to make payment in full along with submission of your Order Form allowing sufficient time for the payment to be cleared into our account.
5.2 If required Integrated Sleep Solutions will provide you with a receipt for your payment within 7 days of your request.
6. Inspection and Complaints
6.1 Integrated Sleep Solutions supply Product from a quality manufacturing plant based in the UK and operate the highest standards of manufacture, however to assure complete
satisfaction you will be asked on delivery to sign for safe receipt of the Product and to confirm that the Products have been delivered in good condition. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
6.2 Should you have any concerns or questions after delivery you should contact our customer services team on 0161 665 2062.
6.3 The Products will be covered by a warranty period which assumes that the Product is subjected to normal wear and tear only. Any treatment not considered to be normal wear and
tear may invalidate this warranty.
6.4 Integrated Sleep Solutions will not be liable for:
6.4.1 Any losses suffered by you that would not be foreseen by either party when the Contract was made
6.4.2 Any losses that were not caused by any failure on the part of Integrated Sleep Solutions or its Agents: or
6.4.3 Losses to parties incurred in the course of carrying on a business
7. Personal Information
Any personal information ( that is , information about you ) supplied by you to Integrated Sleep Solutions or received about you will be stored by Integrated Sleep Solutions in a secure
manner and will not contravene the Data Protection Act nor be used in any manner likely to cause you concerns or embarrassment.
8. General
8.1 If you breach this agreement and Integrated Sleep Solutions does not take action against you in connection with that breach at the time, this does not prevent Integrated Sleep
Solutions from taking action against you in the future.
8.2 This agreement is subject to the laws of England and Wales
8.3 No variation of this agreement or of any of the documents referred to in it shall be valid unless it is in writing and signed by or on behalf of each of the parties.
